Q: How do I replace the original lamp module after the initial 2 years?

 A: Simply hold the base of the unit with one hand and pull the top half of the unit straight up with the other hand. The top half of the unit is the lamp module. The new replacement lamp module will plug into the base.

 Q: How do I know when to replace the original lamp module?

 A: It is recommended to replace it every 2 years which is basically the life of the lamp. A reminder label will be sent once the unit is purchased for your convenience. The reminder label can be affixed to the unit itself, a calendar, or dayplanner.

 Q: How much does the replacement lamp module cost?

 A: $79.00

Q: Can I use the Aclare Air Purifier continually?

 A: Yes, it is designed to operate on a continual basis.

 Q: What is the coverage area that the Aclare will purify?

 A: It will effectively purify 750 square feet.

 Q: I have a 2 story home. Will one unit cover both upstairs and downstairs?

 A: No, for a 2 story home 2 units would be required - one for each floor.

 Q: Is the Aclare Air Purifier safe to use?

A: Yes, there are no harmful byproducts produced by its operation.

 Q: Is there a warranty?

 A: Yes, there is a 5 year manufacturer's warranty with each unit. A copy of the warranty information is included on the last page of the manual.

 Q: How long will it take to receive the Aclare once an order is placed?

 A: Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Delivery will be made through US Postal Service unless stated otherwise.

 

Q: Can I purchase the Aclare Air Purifier without using the internet?

 A: No.  Orders are processed by internet only.  Orders by phone or fax are no longer received.  Internet orders are secured through PayPal.
